KAMPALA, June 30 (Reuters) - Uganda's statistics bureau said on Monday that year-on-year inflation had hit a three-year high of 12.4 percent in June, up from 11.2 percent the previous month, driven mainly by higher fuel and food costs.
It was the highest level in the east African nation since 12.6 percent in April 2005. (For full Reuters Africa coverage and to have your say on the top issues, visit: http://africa.reuters.com/) (nairobi.newsroom@reuters.com; +254 20 2224717)
