CASABLANCA (Reuters) - Morocco's Wydad Casablanca will entertain holders Entente Setif of Algeria in the first leg of the Arab Champions League final on Friday.
Both sides will be looking to salvage some pride during disappointing domestic seasons, after Setif ceded their league title and Wydad are battling mid-table.
The second leg with be held in Blida on May 22.
"It is a derby in the real sense of the word and it therefore goes without saying that it is going to be a tough and difficult encounter," Entente Setif's Slimane Raho told Algeria's Le Buteur sports daily on Tuesday.
"The ideal scenario for us would be to get an away goal in the first leg."
Veteran Argentine coach Luis Oscar Fullone has won two African Champions League titles and the 2002 African Cup Winners' Cup in his previous spell with Wydad. He returned to the club earlier this year on a short-term contract.
